Week 8 Agenda: Technology Research Project!

Before class:
Please bring the hard copy of your individual video project reflection paper and upload the file (.doc) to Oncourse > W301> Dropbox

After class:

In the following 2 weeks, we will work together at a distance. Therefore, please read emails, work on Wikispaces, and have fun on exploring new technology! Let me know as soon as you have any questions.

Next week is group work time. We don't have a face to face class meeting. But you need to follow the instructions below to work with your new project teammates!

(1) Your instructor will assign you into groups based on your interests.
(2) You will get an invitation email from the Wikispaces site.
(3) Follow the instruction in your invitation email to create your wikispaces account (email the password to yourself).
(4) Post ideas you have by editing your group page or by asking questions on the discussion page.
(5) Print out your group's working draft/ proposal from Wikispaces site and highlight your contributions in Week 10. (week of Oct 29)
(6) The project (paper and presentation) is due Nov 12th.

If you would like to improve your group video project, please send me the copyright information in a word document (.doc format). If you would like to revise your movie file, please upload the new one on Oncourse>W301>Resources>Group folders. And then send me a e-mail notice. Thanks.

I will upload the video project grades to oncourse (video+peer-evaluation+individual reflection) in the week of Oct 29.
